Profiteroles & Chocolate Sauce

Approx 72 cream-filled profiteroles with 3 x 120g chocolate sauce sachets. Ingredients: Profiteroles (75%) (cream (70%) (MILK), pasteurised liquid whole EGG, WHEAT flour, palm oil, salt, stabiliser xanthan gum). Chocolate sauce (25%) (water, sugar, chocolate (15%) (cocoa mass, sugar, emulsifier ammonium phosphatide, flavouring), cocoa powder, cream (MILK), glucose-fructose syrup, emulsifier mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, stabiliser carrageenan). Allergens: Milk, Egg, Wheat (gluten). Thaw at room temperature for 1 hour or 3 hours in the fridge. Place chocolate sachet in hot water for 4 minutes. Use within 24 hours. Store at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.
