Individual Black Forest Fondant

A traditional moist chocolate sponge pudding centred with cherry pie filling, cherries and a chocolate cream ganache. Key ingredients: Chocolate muffin base (sugar, WHEAT flour, whole EGG powder, fat reduced cocoa powder, whey solids (MILK)), black cherries, dark chocolate (SOYA lecithin), cream (MILK), glucose syrup, cherry juice concentrate, sour cherries, ethyl alcohol. Allergens: Wheat (gluten), Egg, Milk, Soya. To serve warm: from frozen, remove tray and collar, place on a microwaveable plate and microwave for 30-60 seconds. To serve cold: defrost in the fridge for 12 hours. Store at -18°C or below. Once thawed do not refreeze.
