Toffee Apple & Cinnamon Cake

A light toffee and cinnamon sponge with a chunky Bramley apple centre, finished with toffee sauce. Key ingredients: Toffee crème cake mix (WHEAT flour, sugar, demerara sugar, whey solids (MILK), WHEAT gluten, whole EGG powder), banoffee toffee sauce (15%) (sweetened condensed MILK, golden syrup, unsalted butter (MILK)), pasteurised liquid whole EGG, apple slices (11%), vegetable oil, apricot glaze, cinnamon. Allergens: Wheat (gluten), Milk, Egg. Defrost covered in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Keep refrigerated and eat within 24 hours. Store at -18°C or below. Once thawed do not refreeze.
