Triple Choc Calypso Mousse

Rich Belgian chocolate truffle with a soft centre of coffee liqueur on a chocolate sponge base, with chocolate shards. Key ingredients: Cream (MILK) (42%), dark chocolate (24%) (SOYA lecithin), water, apricot glaze, chocolate sponge (WHEAT flour, EGG, sugar, skimmed MILK powder), white chocolate (3%), chocolate glaze, whisky (1%), beef gelatine, coffee liqueur (0.87%), cocoa powder, coffee, dried EGG yolk. Allergens: Milk, Egg, Wheat (gluten), Soya. Contains alcohol. May contain traces of nuts. Defrost covered in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Keep refrigerated and eat within 24 hours. Store at -18°C or below. Once thawed do not refreeze.
