A mixed box of cod, haddock and plaice fillets. Catch area FAO 27. Min weight 1.8kg (1.44kg net without glaze). Ingredients: Cod fillets (FISH), haddock fillets (FISH), plaice fillets (FISH), water as protective glaze. Allergens: Fish. Cooking: For best results cook from frozen. Oven bake or poach on medium heat for approx 20 minutes and season to taste. Can be microwaved. Store at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.
