Tiramisu

Mascarpone cream and sponge base soaked with coffee. Ingredients: Water, rehydrated skimmed MILK, vegetable fats (coconut, palm, cocoa butter), rehydrated soluble coffee (10.6%), sugar, glucose, fructose syrup, mascarpone cheese (4.4%) (CREAM, pasteurised MILK, lactic acid), WHEAT flour, EGGS, EGG yolk, butter, stabiliser sorbitols, glucose syrup, pasteurised MILK, alcohol, dextrose, modified starch, cocoa, LACTOSE, thickeners (sodium alginate, pectins, xanthan gum, locust bean gum), emulsifiers, starch, MILK proteins, natural flavourings, raising agents, salt, maltodextrins. Allergens: Milk, Egg, Wheat (gluten). Contains alcohol. May contain traces of nuts and soya. Defrost for 1.5-2 hours at room temperature before serving. Store at -18°C or below. Once thawed do not refreeze.
