White Chocolate & Raspberry Panna Cotta

Smooth panna cotta with raspberries and white chocolate. Ingredients: Cream (MILK), sugar, raspberries (6%), white chocolate (4%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), white chocolate shavings (4%), beef gelatine, glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, fructose syrup, natural vanilla, natural bourbon vanilla flavouring, vegetable concentrates (pumpkin and carrot), citric acid. Allergens: Milk, Soya. May also contain nuts and egg. Defrost covered in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Keep refrigerated and eat within 24 hours. Store at -18°C or below. Once thawed do not refreeze.
