Salmon and king prawn with thermidor sauce in light puff pastry. 12 x 220g. Ingredients: Pastry (39%) (WHEAT flour [WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin], margarine [non-hydrogenated palm fruit oil, rapeseed oil], water, salt), salmon (FISH) (34%), thermidor sauce (modified maize starch, skimmed MILK powder, whole MILK powder, WHEAT flour [WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin], sugar, non-hydrogenated rapeseed oil, maltodextrin, dehydrated onion, salt, yeast extract, flavouring, garlic powder, herb extract, spice extract), cream (MILK), sherry, unsalted butter (MILK), parmesan cheese (MILK), parsley, MUSTARD, black pepper, tarragon), king prawns (9%) (CRUSTACEAN), MILK, parsley, dried parsley. Allergens: Contains Fish, Crustaceans, Milk, Mustard, Wheat. Cooking: From frozen, preheat oven to 200°C (fan 180°C). Place on a baking tray and cook for 35–40 minutes until pastry is crisp and fish is cooked through. Ensure piping hot before serving. Store at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.
