Tartufo Limoncello

Lemon ice cream with a liquid limoncello core, coated with crushed meringue. Made using only Italian lemons. 85g per portion. Ingredients: Rehydrated skim MILK, sugar, lemon juice (9.5%), glucose, fructose syrup, vegetable fat (coconut), starch (of WHEAT), liqueur limoncello (1.3%) (water, alcohol, sugar, natural flavourings), rehydrated EGG white, dried skimmed MILK, modified starch, emulsifiers mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, artificial flavourings, acidity regulator citric acid, thickener locust bean gum, colour turmeric oleoresin (curcumin). Allergens: Milk, Egg, Wheat (gluten). Contains alcohol. May contain traces of nuts and soya. Serve straight from freezer to table. Store at -18°C or below. Once thawed do not refreeze.
